I. 🤝 The Golden Rule: How We Work Together For your peace of mind and my efficiency, every project follows these clear steps: 1. Briefing & Listening: Let's talk! You tell me your idea. My experience in customer support allows me to immediately understand what you really want. 2. Quote & Deposit: I'll send you a fixed quote. To get started, I ask for a 40% deposit of the total. This blocks my time for you. 3. Initial Creation: I work on the first drafts (usually 2 proposals). 4. Revisions: Choose your preferred draft and we'll move on to finalizing it (you have 2 revision cycles included). 5. Approval & Payment: You're happy! Proceed to pay the remaining 60%. 6. Final Delivery: As soon as the balance is received, I'll send you all the final files ready for use. II. Notes on Revisions and Pricing (Total Transparency) 🔄 What does "2 revision cycles" mean? A revision cycle is a single communication (email/message) that collects ALL the changes you want to make at that time. This helps us be precise and fast. • Any change requests beyond the 2 revision cycles included will be charged at the hourly rate of €28. 💡 Prices "Starting from..."? I've listed starting prices to give you a clear idea. The "starting from" option allows me to provide you with a clear and definitive quote only after the briefing, once I know the exact complexity of your project (e.g., large amounts of text, required photo editing, special formats). No surprises! The base prices for the Kits include file export for an agreed-upon primary size only (e.g., A5, PDF/JPG). Any size, orientation, or specific format adjustment services are considered extra: -Format Re-Adaptation: For each size change (e.g., A5 to A4, Social/Web), the cost is €40/additional format. -Source/Vector Files: To obtain open and editable files (.AI, .SVG), which guarantee maximum autonomy for future modifications (full control of the project), an additional 50% charge is applied to the Kit price.
